<image:caption>Clinical Psychologist Fiona is an AHPRA registered neuro-affirming Clinical Psychologist, who has worked in a variety of mental health settings for over 19 years. Fiona offers a unique perspective in working with clients, drawn from her innate, lived experience, not just her qualifications. She believes we all have an inherent, inner capacity to promote and harness our strengths and gifts in order to heal, transform and let go of outdated stories that no longer serve us. Healing involves the capacity for awareness, growth, resilience and change. This process ensures that we access our ineffable potential for empowerment to move from survive to thrive. The healing in Fiona’s view, can occur most profoundly in the therapeutic relationship. As many of her clients have endured neurodivergent trauma, Fiona facilitates the healing process by blending cutting edge Neuro-science, Attachment Theory, Poly- Vagal theory within a holistic, soul-centred approach.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Nick Nicolaidis - Nick Nicolaidis</image:title>
<image:caption>Physiotherapist Since 2016, Nick has worked with over 1,000 clients, helping them achieve lasting results. Much of his experience has been in a setting that integrates physiotherapy with strength and conditioning, where he’s seen firsthand the power of combining rehab with exercise. One of Nick’s proudest achievements? His very first patient is still committed to the training program they started together - a testament to the impact of a clear plan and a strong therapeutic relationship. Nick has worked with athletes at all levels, from recreational runners to ultra-marathoners. He has consistently provided physiotherapy services to National Premier League (NPL) teams across Victoria - notably, spending several seasons as Head Physiotherapist for the men’s team at South Melbourne Football Club, where he played a key role in keeping the players healthy and on the field. Nick is also deeply curious and committed to growth. He is always learning, not for the sake of it, but to deliver better care and better outcomes for the people he works with. He enjoys sharing his knowledge through meaningful conversation and content. He runs educated events for GP’s, community groups, and sports clubs with the aim to motivate and inspires others to make more confident, informed health choices. He’s not one to shy away from a challenge and is energised by working with complex cases or individuals who feel stuck and need a fresh and inspired approach to their care. He’s seen clients run marathons, climb mountains, and most importantly get back to enjoying life with confidence. In his downtime, you’ll find Nick running laps around Princes Park or Yarra Bend, lifting weights at the gym, or out on the golf course enjoying the fresh air. He loves travel and his most recently travelled locations include Seoul, Spain, Portugal and Greece. When on holiday he enjoys curating restaurant options and planning the next run or hike to work off that meal.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Satvir Gill - Satvir Gill (She/Her)</image:title>
<image:caption>Clinical Psychologist Satvir Gill (she/her) Satvir is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about supporting adults age 21 and over with anxiety (such as generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety and phobias), depression and trauma (including relational and family of origin trauma, sexual trauma, racial and migration trauma, medical trauma and any other experiences that impact one’s sense of self and safety). Her approach is informed by a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Internal Family Systems/parts work, somatic therapy, schema therapy and mindfulness, all underpinned by a solid commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and culturally safe care. Sessions with Satvir are a blend of a safe container to tell your story, to identify and then unlearn outgrown and often inter-generational narratives that are no longer yours to hold, to get to know and regulate your nervous system, and to keep therapy alive in your larger life outside the session by practicing new skills and behaviour patterns that are aimed at healthier ways of meeting your core needs. Satvir has been registered as a psychologist since 2008, is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist, Board-Approved Supervisor and Member of the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association of Australia (EMDRAA). When she is not providing her presence and care in sessions, she can be found practicing yoga, visiting her favourite trees and drinking coffee!</image:caption>

<image:caption>Psychologist Jake has been fortunate to work with a wide variety of people, including adolescents, older adults, members of the LGBTIQA+ community, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. He considers himself an ally to people from all walks of life. His curiosity about people and how they behave is what drew him to this work, and he loves learning each person’s story and finding compassionate, creative ways to support them in becoming the person they want to be. Jake sees therapy as a team effort. He works collaboratively with clients to explore the kind of person they want to be at work, school, with others, and with themselves. From there, he helps build skills and tools to manage the thoughts, feelings, and situations that can get in the way. Jake values feedback and wants each session to feel meaningful and tailored, not a one-size-fits-all approach. He also enjoys bringing humour into sessions to help ease difficult moments. Outside of work, Jake loves writing and recording music (and is working on an album he keeps promising himself will be finished soon!). He is also a big basketball, tennis, and gym fan, and a huge film, TV, and music enthusiast.
