Michelle is a Psychologist who supports adults and adolescents. She has a background in both Clinical and Sport & Exercise Psychology. She is committed to providing a neuro-affirming, culturally safe, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive environment where clients can be themselves.
At the core of her practice is a deep commitment to the therapeutic relationship- creating a safe, collaborative partnership where clients feel seen and understood. Michelle is dedicated to empowering individuals with the insight and intention required to break through old patterns and beliefs and move toward meaningful, lasting change that aligns with who they are and the life they want to create.
Her compassionate and supportive approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Somatic and Mindfulness-based approaches.
