Michelle is a Psychologist who works with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and stress. She is committed to creating a neuro-affirming, culturally safe, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
Michelle takes the time to understand each person’s goals and tailors therapy to their individual needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques.
At the heart of Michelle’s work is the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely supported and empowered. She aims to help her clients build insight, strengthen coping skills and develop confidence as they work toward creating a life that feels aligned, manageable and fulfilling.
